Smoking Policy:
We have a
non-smoking policy for our cottages. We supply ash trays outside
every cottage for those who wish to smoke. Please respect the
occupants following you. A cleaning fee will be charged if
tobacco smoke is detected.
Reservation
Cancellation
Policy:
Reservation,
Deposits and Cancellation -
Reservations may be guaranteed by
credit card (no debit cards) or by sending a deposit only. A major credit card is required to make a reservation. If you
choose to guarantee your reservation with a check or money order (no
cash please) we require 30% or $100.00 (whichever is greater)
for each
cottage reserved. Deposits must be received within 10 days of
making the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled.
Deposits are refundable 30 days prior to arrival and with written
notice ONLY. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to
arrival date will not be refunded unless vacancy is filled.
Reservations
guaranteed with a credit card will not be charged at time the
reservation is made and we do not require a deposit, however guests
are still subject to the cancellation policy. If reservation is
cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date we will charge
your credit card 30% or $100.00 (whichever is greater).
For both deposits
and credit cards, balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations less
than 14 days before arrival date guests will be responsible for 100%
of reservation unless vacancy is filled or authorized by management.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome
with approval and a deposit, part of which will be returned if no
damage.
We reserve the right to
collect a cleaning fee up to $100 for severe damage or excessive
soil. Pets must be leashed at all times and walked in a non-use
area. Pets should not be left unattended in cottages. After walking
please pick up after your pet.
Day Guests:
For the
security of all our guests, all day guests must register at the
office.
